FAQ

Answers about WordPress to Webflow.

How long does a WordPress-to-Webflow migration take?

Depends on scope. A lean marketing site with one or two dozen pages is usually migrated in four to six weeks. Grown custom post types, many templates or multilingual content need more planning and QA.

What happens to my WordPress plugins?

Plugins are not migrated 1:1. We review which features are actually needed and replace them with native Webflow capabilities (CMS Collections, Logic, native Forms) or documented third-party tools. Anything that only existed historically is dropped.

What happens to existing URLs?

We export the old URL structure, map it to the new Webflow setup and prepare a full 301 redirect plan before launch. Rankings, backlinks and internal links stay intact.

Can WooCommerce content be moved as well?

Content yes: product copy, categories, media. Transactional logic usually not. If a real shop keeps running, we recommend a dedicated commerce solution over a rebuild in Webflow Ecommerce.
